If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied within 30 days from the date your policy went into effect, we will cancel your policy and gladly refund the entire unused premium you paid - no questions asked. No hard feelings, either. All you need to do is write “cancel” on the policy declaration page, sign, and mail it back (we must receive it within 30 days). This offer is void if any claims have been, or are to be, made under the policy.

On the other hand, if the Total Protection Program from Haven Insurance was a positive, and helpful experience, we want you to not only write and tell us about it - but tell your colleagues, friends and family too.

Continuing Guarantee

Our customers continuing satisfaction is of the upmost important to us. If after the first 30 days, if you should change your mind for any reason thereafter, we want you to write and tell us. We will cancel your policy as of the date we receive your letter and refund the full amount of the unused premium to you - no questions asked. All you need to do is write, “cancel as of (include date)”, sign and mail it back with your letter.

  1. "Down Payment" means initial deposit to start your insurance contract.
  2. "Monthly Payment" means amount needed per month to keep insurance in force.
  3. "Brokers Fee" means additional fee's client agrees to pay Broker for services rendered.
  4. "Policy Fee" means amount the insurance company charges for administrative costs to issue your policy.
  5. "Billing Fee" means amount the insurance company charges for processing your monthly installment.

The company listed above hereby agree's the Down payment of $ ____________ contain's all Broker's fee's, Premium deposit, and Policy fee's with no additional charge's due at signing and is guaranteed.

The company listed above also agree's the monthly payment of $ ____________ contain's all the billing fee's and premium.

The monthly payment amount listed herein is guaranteed for the term of the policy as long as there are no change's made to the policy by the insured or agent.
